The antergrade blocked osteosynthesis with straight nails is one of the newest techniques for treating fractures of proximalpart of the brachial bone and diaphysis of the brachial bone. Such an approach allows to accelerate and optimize recoveryprocess as well as to reduce financial costs for treatment . The blocked osteosynthesis with intramedullar nailing promotes astable fracture fixation. The authors share their experience of treating 50 patients with fractures of humerus proximal partand diaphysis. Surgical treatment of fractures in the humerus proximal part with an antegrade blocked straight nailing givesa good functional result, including long-term one. It does not negatively impact the rotative function of the cuff in the shoulderjoint as well
