Выбор метода лечения больных с переломами шейки бедра и сопутствующей общесоматической патологией

Аннотация

В статье рассмотрены тактика выбора метода лечениябольных с переломами шейки бедра в зависимости от сте-пени выраженности сопутствующей общесоматическойпатологии, как наиболее важного фактора определяюще-го успех лечения. Приведены алгоритмы выбора методалечения по специальным критериям и предоперационнойподготовки и послеоперационного ведения больных.
