Поликлинические микозы

Аннотация

На базе поликлиники проведены многолетние исследования, впервые позволившие выявить истинную структурузаболеваемости микозами и составить их современную этиологическую картину. Учитывая массовую заболеваемостьотдельными формами грибковой инфекции, предлагается новая клинико-эпидемиологическая группа: поликлиническиемикозы. Опыт внедрения в поликлинике новых методов диагностики и лечения наиболее распространенных микозов,в том числе разработанных в России, показывает возможность эффективной борьбы с контагиозными и хроническимиформами грибковых заболеваний.Ключевые слова: микозы: дерматофитии, кандидоз, аспергиллез, эпидемиология, диагностика, лечение.For the first time the findings which were being collected at the polyclinic (out-patient) unit for prolonged time haveallowed to reveal a true structure of mycosis morbidity and to develop a modern etiological picture of mycotic disease. As far assome forms of mycotic infection are widely spread, the authors propose to separate out a new clinico-epidemiological group:polyclinic mycoses. Implementation of new techniques for diagnostics and treatment of mostly wide-spread mycoses includingthose developed in Russia into polyclinical practice has proven that there is a possibility to effectively treat contagious andchronic forms of mycotic diseases.Кey words: mycoses, dermatophytosis, candidosis, aspergillomycosis, epidemiology, diagnostics, treatment.
