Аннотация

В статье представлен обзор литературных данных, посвященных актуальной проблеме послеродовых психозов. Затронуты вопросы истории изучения, эпидемиологии, клинической картины и подходов к терапии острой психотической патологии, возникающей в пуэрперальный период. Особое внимание уделяется предикторам возникновения психической патологии в послеродовом периоде, а также подходам к психофармакотерапии этих состояний с учетом фактора грудного вскармливания.
