Аннотация
Курение сегодня является одним из самых распространённых «легализованных» факторов риска для здоровья человека. Кроме привычной табачной продукции, которая ассоциируется с явными негативными последствиями, в современном обществе среди молодежи все популярнее становятся электронные сигареты и вейпы (ЭСиВ), как якобы менее вредные устройства. На самом деле ЭСиВ несут в себе скрытые риски за счет содержания синтетического никотина, образований высокотоксичных групп альдегидов, тяжёлых металлов, большого количества небезвредных ароматизаторов. ЭСиВ способны нарушать гемодинамику организма, приводя к воспалительным процессам, продуцируя окислительный стресс, повреждению эндотелия сосудов, формируя атеросклеротические изменения, приводящие к заболеваниям сердечно-сосудистой системы (ССС). В обзоре делается вывод о недостаточной изученности на сегодня проблемы безопасности и вреда вейпинга на здоровье подрастающего поколения, что предполагает введения ограничительных мер в борьбе с легализацией всей никотинсодержащей продукции, в том числе ЭСиВ.Литература
