Аннотация
Индоцианин зеленый - это цианиновый краситель, используемый при флуоресцентной хромоскопии. Данное контрастное вещество используется во многих направлениях хирургии, в том числе при диагностике и лечении рака желудка. По данным мировой литературы, для окрашивания интересующих структур могут применяться несколько методик введения индоцианина зеленого: системно – внутривенно и локально – в подслизистую и подсерозную оболочки желудка. Применение ICG/NIR-флуоресцентная визуализация является достаточно перспективной методикой, которая сочетает в себе низкую токсичность, безопасность и простоту использования, низкую стоимость. Она может помочь в обнаружении лимфоузлов и определении линии резекции, снизить частоту операционных осложнений за счет адекватной оценки кровоснабжения ремнанта в ходе реконструктивного этапа, сократить время оперативного вмешательства благодаря улучшению качества визуализации анатомических структур. Однако, накопленный опыт использования индоцианина зеленого (ложноотрицательные результаты в силу различных причин, отсутствие сравнительной оценки в различных популяциях пациентов) свидетельствует о необходимости дальнейших исследований в области применения данного контрастного вещества.
