Аннотация
Увеличивающееся число детей с расстройством аутистического спектра и трудностями саморегуляции с раннеговозраста находится в зоне повышенного внимания педиатров и неврологов и в этой связи особую важность приобретаетидентифицирование факторов риска расстройств аутистического спектра. Проанализировано 36 пациентов с аутизмомраннего возраста с позиций теории сенсорной интеграции. Выявлены сенсорные и сенсомоторные симптомы,которыерассматриваются как возможные клинические маркеры расстройств аутистического спектра или свидетельствуюто формировании искажения нейроразвития. В дополнение к нарушениям сенсорной модуляции в раннем возрастевыявлена высокая частота (67% случаев) аффективной лабильности, стойкой диссомнии и низкого адаптивногоответа.An increasing number of children with autisticspectrum disorders and difficulties of self-control at an early age attract aspecific attention of pediatricians and neurologists. That is why the identification of ASD risk factors becomes a really importantstep. 36 patients with autism since their early age havebeen assessed using the sensory integration theory.Sensorandsensomotor symptoms havebeen revealedwhich could be considered as potential clinical markers of autism spectrumdisordersor as indicators of forming neurodevelopmentaldisorders. Inadditiontodisordersinsensormodulation at an earlyagethe researchers havealso revealeda high rate (67%) of affectivelability,stable dissomnia and low adaptiveresponse.Литература
