Аннотация
В статье подробно рассматриваются преимущества и недостатки комбинированной трансуретральной электрорезекции в сочетании с вапоризацией у больных с аденомой простаты. Дается подробный анализ литературы, посвященной этой хирургической методике. Приводятся собственные наблюдения и результаты лечения 249 больных аденомой простаты. The authors discuss in details advantages and disadvantages of combined transurethral electroresection and vaporization in patients with prostatic adenoma. They also give a detailed analysis of literature devoted to this surgical technique. The authors' own observations of treating 249 patients with prostatic gland are an object lesson of effective application of this combined technique.Литература
