В России, как и во всем мире, отмечается неуклонный рост патологии щитовидной железы, околощитовидных желез, надпочечников, поджелудочной железы. Ежегодно увеличивается доля хирургических вмешательств на органах эндокринной системы среди общего количества операций, что позволило неофициально выделить хирургическую эндокринологию как особое хирургическое направление. Выполнение хирургических вмешательств на органах эндокринной системы в рамках высокотехнологичной медицинской помощи позволяет применять современные уникальные методики у большого количества пациентов, что положительно влияет на результаты лечения (увеличивает продолжительность и улучшает качество жизни пациентов). The number of patients with disorders of thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal glands, pancreas is increased every year as in Russia, so all over the would. The percentage of surgical operations on organs of endocrine system is enlarged every year, that’s why some researchers consider surgical endocrinology as special surgical department. Treatment of endocrine disorders according to the rules of high technologic medical care allows surgeons to make unique difficult operations. In result it increases lifetime and quality of life. The number of patients with disorders of thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal glands and pancreas is increasing every year both in Russia and all over the would. The percentage of surgical operations on the organs of endocrine system is increasing every year too. Thus, endocrine surgery is unofficially considered as a separate direction in surgery. Hi-tech surgical approaches applied in the endocrine surgery allow to treat endocrine disorders by high modern standards in the majority of patients what, in its turn, prolongs their lifespan and quality of life.
