The authors discuss a role of human factor in performing highly-qualified cardio-pulmonary resuscitation according tointernational standardized protocols. To perform resuscitation procedures effectively members of a resuscitation teammust have not only basic professional knowledge and practical skills but they also should have skills in team-work andcommunication; they should be able to play a role of a leader and a member of the team too. The most effective results areobtained if these skills are trained at simulation trainings with practicing clinical scenarios.
