У детей с дефектами гуморального звена иммунитета нарушена продукция антител к полисахаридным антигенамкапсульных микробов (St. pneumoniae, Hib, N. meningitidis), что может приводить к развитию смертельно опасных формданных инфекций. Вакцинация против данных инфекций является одной из самых эффективных мер специфическойпервичной профилактики. При вакцинации пациентов младше 2 лет следует использовать конъюгированные вакциныи вакцинировать детей по индивидуальному плану.In children with defects of the humoral chain in their immunity there is an impaired production of antibodies to polysaccharideantigens of capsular bacteria (Str. pneumoniae, Hib, N. meningitidis). It may lead to the development of life-threateningforms of these infections. Vaccination against these infections is one of the most effective measures of specific primaryprophylactics. Conjugated vaccines and individual vaccination plans have to be applied in children younger than two yearsof age.
