Аннотация
Статья посвящена актуальной теме неврологии – диагностике и лечению пороков развития шейного отдела позво-ночника, которые способны оказывать серьезное отрицательное влияние на церебральную гемодинамику.Актуальность рассматриваемого вопроса связана с тем, что наличие описываемой патологии резко повышает рискразвития церебральных сосудистых катастроф и тяжелых болевых синдромов, неизбежно инвалидизирующих пациен-та. При этом своевременное выявление и патогенетически обоснованная коррекция позволяют существенно повыситькачество жизни и реабилитационный прогноз.Ключевые слова: пороки развития позвоночника, синдром Клиппель-Фейля, атланто-аксиальная нестабиль-ность.The paper is devoted to an actual problem in neurology – diagnostics and treatment of abnormalities of the cervical part ofthe spine which can produce a serious negative effect at cerebral hemodynamics.The importance of the discussed problem is determined by the fact that this pathology sharply increases a risk of developingcerebrovascular catastrophes and severe pain syndromes which inevitably lead to patient’s disability while timely revealing andpathogenically-grounded correction considerably increase the quality of life and rehabilitation prognosis.Key words: abnormalities of the cervical part of the spine, algorithm of diagnostics and treatment.Литература
