Аннотация
В данной статье описано клиническое наблюдение пациента с дакриоциститом, осложненным флегмоной, а такжерассмотрены причины, варианты клинической картины, осложнения, методики диагностики и лечения дакриоцистита.Ключевые слова: дакриоцистит, дакриоцистография, МР-дакриоцистография, дакриоцисториностомия, МСКТорбит и околоносовых пазух.A case-history of 57-year old female patient with dacryocystitis complicated with a phlegmon of lacrimal sac is described.The authors also analyze causes, variants of clinical picture, complications as well as diagnostic and curative approaches.Key words: dacryocystitis, dacryocystography, MR-dacryocystography, dacryocystorhinostoma, multispiral computerizedtomography of orbital cavity and paranasal sinus.
