Аннотация

В последние годы в медицинской общественности отмечается большой интерес к проблеме синдрома обструктивного апноэ сна (СОАС) и ассоциированных с ним причин. Диагностический поиск и анализ возможных причин развития СОАС имеют важное значение в клинической практике. Взаимосвязь между апноэ и заболеваниями щитовидной железы на сегодняшний день остается недостаточно изученной. В обзоре приведены данные многочисленных работ, однако вопрос об ассоциации дисфункции щитовидной железы и СОАС остается дискутабельным, что связано с полученными противоположными результатами некоторых исследований.
