Аннотация
С целью изучения клинического применения ультразвукового исследования (УЗИ) гортани был проведен обзор литературы за 20 лет по базам данных PubMed, EBSCO и eLibrary до января 2024 г. с использованием ключевых слов: ультразвуковое исследование гортани, эхография гортани, допплерография гортани. Работы, включенные в обзор, были разделены на 11 тем: исследование нормальной гортани; эхография гортани и верхних дыхательных путей в интересах анестезиологов (подбор интубационной трубки, выполнение коникотомии, прогнозирование трудной интубации); определение подвижности складок после операций на органах шеи и грудной клетки (повреждение возвратного нерва); диагностика опухолей гортани; выявление у взрослых и детей заболеваний и травм гортани, проявляющихся дисфонией и/или стридором; диагностика патологии гортани в условиях пандемии COVID-19; диагностика сонного апноэ; определение места введения иглы для инъекции в гортань и при миографии; оценка глотания; возможности допплерографии гортани; перспективные направления ультразвукового исследования гортани. Результаты обзора продемонстрировали, что УЗИ может быть эффективным методом оценки состояния гортани и дыхательных путей, так как оно неинвазивно, не требует специальной подготовки и анестезии, доступно для врачей и пациентов, хорошо переносится последними.
