Аннотация
Преждевременная недостаточность яичников (ПНЯ) – симптомокомплекс, характеризующийся ранним истощением овариального резерва и развитием аменореи у женщин в возрасте до 40 лет, а также повышением уровня гонадотропных гормонов и снижением концентрации эстрадиола. ПНЯ, несомненно, является не только патофизиологической проблемой, но и оказывает существенное влияние на психоэмоциональное состояние женщин, а также снижает качество жизни пациенток. В последние годы возрастает интерес к изучению роли психогенного фактора в качестве пускового механизма ПНЯ и его влияния на течение болезни в целом.
