Аннотация
Оперативные вмешательства на лимфатическом глоточном кольце являются одними из наиболее распространенных операций, выполняемых у детей во всем мире. Боль, послеоперационная тошнота и рвота (ПОТР) и кровотечение — три самых распространенных осложнения после ЛОР-операций в педиатрической практике. Послеоперационное кровотечение является наименее распространенным из вышеперечисленных, но серьезным осложнением после хирургических вмешательств на лимфатическом глоточном кольце у детей, иногда требующим повторной операции. Несмотря на большое количество оперативных вмешательств и потенциальную смертность, связанную с кровотечением после операций на лимфатическом глоточном кольце, имеется мало данных о подходах к лечению, при возникновении этого осложнения, и не существует единых практических рекомендаций. Целью данного обзора является определение современной тактики ведения детей при послеоперационных кровотечениях.
