Аннотация
Современный мир представляет собой потрясающую дуальность: с одной стороны, в медицине правят высокие технологии, генетические подходы в диагностике и лечении заболевании, роботизированные операционные, а, с другой стороны, в нескольких десятках километров от этих достижений отсутствуют базовые возможности для проведения телемедицинских консультаций, и наиболее доступными и «верными» признаются методы «народной медицины». События последних лет, включая эпидемии и пандемии, войны и стихийные бедствия во всем мире продемонстрировали ограниченную готовность первичной медико-санитарной помощи к беспрестанно обновляемой реальности, хотя многочисленными исследованиями на разных уровнях подтверждена ее главенствующая роль в обеспечении наибольшего числа населения медицинской помощью. Особая роль в оказании первичной медико-санитарной помощи населению отводится диспансерным организациям. В представленном обзоре научных публикаций проведена оценка на современном этапе проблем развития первичной медико-санитарной помощи, оказываемой населению, по наиболее актуальным профилям «неврологии» и «психиатрии».Литература
