Аннотация
В статье проведены сведения о различных подходах к практическому применению изокинетических динамометров (роботизированных биомеханических комплексов) на различных этапах реабилитационного процесса высококвалифицированных спортсменов после травм и операций коленного сустава. Обосновывается рациональность и необходимость их применения у спортсменов. При этом обращает на себя внимание отсутствие методологического аппарата адекватных диагностических и реабилитационных методик. Не доработан вопрос о единых протоколах диагностического тестирования, уровень погрешности в измерениях у авторов имеет широкий диапазон, отсутствует единое мнение о критериях возврата к спортивной деятельности.
