Аннотация
Послеоперационная тошнота и рвота (ПОТР) и тошнота и рвота после выписки (ТРПВ) остаются одними из самых распространенных осложнений при ЛОР-операциях у детей. ПОТР и ТРПВ могут существенно повлиять на сроки выписки из больницы, отсрочить возвращение к нормальной повседневной жизни и увеличить экономические затраты на проводимое лечение. Высокая распространенность ПОТР и ТРПВ сохраняется, несмотря на внедрение новых антиэметиков и более агрессивное их применение для профилактики ПОТР. Фармакологическое лечение ПОТР должно быть адаптировано к уровню риска пациента с использованием валидированных систем оценки риска ПОТР и ТРПВ, чтобы внедрять эффективные методы профилактики и лечения, и минимизировать вероятность неблагоприятных побочных эффектов, обусловленных взаимодействием лекарственных средств в периоперационном периоде. В дополнение к использованию профилактических противорвотных препаратов, для достижения более быстрого восстановления после операции, важно осуществлять контроль послеоперационной боли с использованием мультимодальных методов обезболивания с минимизацией применения опиоидных анальгетиков.
