Аннотация
В статье представлен клинический случай послеродового психоза, развившегося у больной с преэклампсией и эклампсией. Интерес к клиническому случаю вызван возникшими у клиницистов сложностями в дифференциальной диагностике психотического расстройства, манифестирующего в послеродовом периоде у пациентки с эклампсией. В статье приведен подробный клинический разбор с дифференциальной диагностикой между соматогенным (экламптическим) психозом и соматогенно спровоцированным случаем шизофренического психоза в рамках приступообразно-проградиентной формы течения эндогенного заболевания. Своевременная диагностика и установление верных этиологических факторов развития послеродовых психозов определяют успех в своевременном назначении купирующей и при необходимости поддерживающей психофармакотерапии с учетом соматического состояния роженицы.Литература
