Аннотация

Приведен нарративный обзор литературы, осуществленный в системах PubМed и Google. Использованы ключевые слова: шизофрения, функциональный исход, негативная симптоматика, гендер. Критерии включения: рандомизированные клинические исследования, метаанализы и систематические обзоры, релевантные полнотекстовые статьи. Критерии исключения: статьи низкого качества. Терминология статьи соответствует используемой во включенных в обзор публикациях. В статье проанализированы представления о негативной симптоматике и исходах шизофрении, приведены гендерные различия негативной симптоматики и функционирования пациентов с шизофренией, сделан вывод о том, что учет гендерных особенностей заболевания будет способствовать оптимизации функционального исхода заболевания.
