Аннотация
Цель исследования. Оценить результаты применения флуоресцентной ангиографии в ближнем инфракрасном спектре в режиме реального времени с использованием индоцианина зеленого в хирургии рака левой половины ободочной кишки.
Материалы и методы. В период с декабря 2017 г. по январь 2022 г. выполнено 17 лапароскопических резекции толстой кишки по поводу рака левой половины ободочной кишки с применением индоцианина зеленого для флуоресцентной ангиографии.
Результаты. Средняя продолжительность операций составила 199.1±44.8 мин. Послеоперационные осложнения были зарегистрированы в 2 случаях (11.8%), однако ни у одного из 17 оперированных по поводу рака левой половины ободочной кишки пациентов не было зарегистрировано несостоятельности анастомоза или осложнений, ассоциированных с применением индоцианина зеленого. В результате проведения флуоресцентной ангиографии в ближнем инфракрасном спектре с индоцианина зеленого в режиме реального времени у 2 пациентов нами было принято решение об изменении области резекции кишки.
Заключение. Результаты данного исследования продемонстрировали хирургическую безопасность, воспроизводимость, легкость, простоту флуоресцентной ангиографии в ближнем инфракрасном спектре в режиме реального времени с использованием индоцианина зеленого.
