Аннотация

В 2021 г. состоялись 2 совещания экспертов, в которых приняли участие ведущие специалисты в области дерматовенерологии, косметологии, аллергологии. Рабочими группами совещания экспертов после обсуждения был оценен вклад дефицита филаггрина в патогенез атопического дерматита (АтД) и других заболеваний/состояний, сопровождающихся ксерозом, и сформированы рекомендации по применению эмолента Адмера с учетом роли филаггрина в развитии АтД и ксероза. Эксперты комплексно рассмотрели вопросы выбора средств базовой терапии АтД, ксероза различной этиологии, обсудили возможности вторичной профилактики АтД и выработали единые рекомендации о принципах ведения таких пациентов и месте эмолентов в клинической практике. Были высказаны предложения о дальнейших образовательных, информационных и организационных мероприятиях, направленных на расширение знаний пациентов и врачей по проблеме применения эмолентов при АтД и ксерозе различной этиологии.
