Аннотация

В настоящем обзоре литературы рассматривается проблема развития фибрилляции предсердий (ФП) у пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца после операций коронарного шунтирования. Подробно освещаются предоперационные, интраоперационные и послеоперационные факторы риска развития ФП по данным литературы последних лет. Обсуждаются прогностические модели для выявления пациентов с высоким риском развития послеоперационной ФП.
