Аннотация

Хирургическое лечение кист почек претерпело значимую эволюцию от открытых забрюшинных оперативных пособий таких как резекция почки, резекция стенок кисты почки к пункционным и лапароскопическим вмешательствам. В статье представлено обсуждение выбора хирургического вмешательства, а также альтернативные пути решения при невозможности выполнить радикальную операцию.
