Аннотация

Материалы и методы. На основе 123 зарубежных и отечественных работ был выполнен систематический обзор на тему генеза и клиники немоторных расстройств при цервикальной дистонии (ЦД) Основные выводы. ЦД является неврологическим заболеванием, имеющим нейрофизиологическое и генетическое обоснование. Отмечается высокая коморбидность ЦД к психическим расстройствам; ЦД имеет склонность к рецидивирующему течению; отмечается независимое течение моторных и немоторных составляющих заболевания. Для успешного лечения ЦД необходима комплексная терапия, направленная на лечение, как моторных, так и немоторных составляющих.
