Аннотация
За последние десятилетия происходит непрерывный рост заболеваемости раком толстой кишки. Наиболее частымосложнением рака ободочной кишки является обтурационная кишечная непроходимость.Компьютерной томографии отводится роль уточняющего метода, с помощью которого можно получить точныесведения о характере первичного очага и распространенности опухолевого процесса, что в свою очередь способствуетвыработке адекватной тактики хирургического лечения.Ключевые слова: обтурационная толстокишечная непроходимость, рак толстой кишки, компьютернаятомография.For the last ten years we can observe a constant increase in colon cancer incidence. The most frequent complication of coloncancer is obturation ileus.Computerised tomography plays a role of more precise examination with the help of which one can get exact findingsabout the character of primary focus and tumour process spreading. And this additional information will help to choose bettertactics of surgical treatment.Key words: obturation colon ileus, colon cancer, computerized tomography.Литература
