Аннотация
Проведено неврологическое обследование 112 детей 1,6–5 летнего возраста с прицельным изучением сенсорногоразвития, средний возраст – 3,7±1,9 года при явлениях аффективной дизрегуляции. Применялись стандартизирован-ные методы диагностики сенсорных дисфункций (сенсорный профиль, родительский опросник дошкольника) наряду сневрологическим и статистическим методами. Диагностика нарушений сенсорной модуляции в младшем возрасте воз-можна с выделением 4 подтипов и доступна измерению. Полученные результаты достоверны, позволяют понять ком-плексное поведение ребенка дошкольного возраста и определяют параметры для ранней диагностики и абилитации.Рекомендуется специалистам исследовать особенности сенсорного развития детям младшего и дошкольного возрастапри проблемах регуляторного характера.Ключевые слова: нарушение сенсорной модуляции, сенсорный профиль, сенсорная интеграция.112 children aged 1.6-5 (average 3.7±1.9) had a neurological examination aiming to study their sensor developmentunder the signs of affective deregulation. Standardized techniques for the diagnostics of sensor dysfunctions (sensor profile,questionnaires for pre-school children parents ) as well as neurological and statistical techniques were used. Four subtypeswere defined for diagnosing and measuring sensor modulation disorders in children of young age. The obtained results arereliable; they help to understand the complex behavior of a pre-school child, to define parameters for early diagnostics andrehabilitation. If there are regulatory type problems, specialists are recommended to study peculiarities of sensor developmentin young and pre-school children.Key words: disorders of sensor modulation, sensor profile, sensor integration.Литература
