Аннотация
С конца 80-х годов XX века отмечается устойчивая тенденция к увеличению заболеваемости и смертности от болезней органов дыхания во всех странах мира. Существует необходимость в эффективном и действенном оказании медицинской помощи, которая может улучшить показатели выживаемости и максимально уменьшить количество осложнений у больных с заболеваниями легких, а также сократить время пребывания пациентов в стационаре. В статье представлен обзор современной литературы: клинических испытаний, обзорных статей и клинических случаев по использованию вспомогательной неинвазивной вентиляции для лечения заболеваний легких. Авторами обозначена важность проблемы, отражены основные показания для проведения неинвазивной вентиляции легких, представлены основные ее виды и перспективы применения.
