Высокотехнологичные методы лечения в детской хирургии

Аннотация

В статье представлены алгоритмы диагностики и лечения пациентов с врожденной и приобретеннойпатологией органов брюшной полости и грудной клетки, согласно современным требованиям оказаниямедицинской помощи детскому населению. Представлен ряд авторских методик диагностики и лечения детей схирургической патологией, а также краткие описательные данные уже проведенного хирургического леченияпациентов.The original article describes perspectives and possibilities of high-tech medical care to patients with abdominal andthoracic pathologies which are treated in the pediatric surgical department of Central Clinical Hospital with an outpatientunit subordinate to the Affair Management Department of the President of Russian Federation. The article also presentsalgorithms for diagnostics and treatment of patients with congenital and acquired disorders in the abdomen and chest. Theproposed algorithms were developed according to modern standards of medical care for children's population. In thearticle one can find some original techniques for diagnosing and treating children with surgical pathology as well as a briefdescription of the performed surgical treatment
