Аннотация
В статье представлен анализ современных взглядов на патогенез коагулопатии в остром периоде травматическойболезни. Приведены основные патофизиологические концепции, их достоинства и недостатки, анализируются воз-можности ранней диагностики данного патологического процесса. Рассмотрены влияние на систему гемокоагуляцииобъема и состава инфузионной терапии травматического шока и возможные пути оптимизации интенсивной терапиисочетанной шокогенной травмы на догоспитальном и госпитальном этапах леченияThe article analyses modern views at the coagulopathy pathogenesis in the acute period of traumatic disease. Mainpathophysiological concepts, their advantages and disadvantages, possibilities of early diagnostics are discussed as well. Theauthors also analyse the influence of traumatic shock at the hemocoagulation volume and at the content of infusion therapy;they also indicate ways for optimizing intensive therapy in combined shock genicity injury at the pre-hospital and hospitalstages.Литература
