Стентирование (стент-графт) гепатикохоледоха при механической желтухе опухолевой этиологии

Представлено клиническое наблюдение эндопротези-рования гепатикохоледоха у больной с синдромом меха-нической желтухи опухолевого генеза. Mogamedov«Сlinical hospital» of the Department of affairs managementof President of Russian Federation, MoscowPirogov’s Russian State Medical University, MoscowSummaryCurrently, in the treatment of obstructive jaundice, the firststage of method used is decompression (drainage) of bile ductsusing mini-invasive technologies (percutaneous, endoscopic) dueto the high risk of intraoperative complications during the surgery.This article presents the very first experience of stenting the bileduct with stent-graft «Fluensy (BARD, USA)» in the treatment ofobstructive jaundice caused by gallbladder cancer. We used this newmini-invasive method in treating obstructive jaundice, and it willnot interrupt any future re-operations. At first the percutaneousexternal-internal drainage was performed and 12 days after that – thestenting of common bile duct with bare stent «Genesis». However,in the early postoperative period a proliferation of tumor in lumenof stent was formed. This leads to the re-narrowing of common bileduct at 85%. Re-intervention was done using the stent-graft (stent instent) producing good technical and clinical result.Key words: stenting of bile duct, jaundice, stent-graft.
