Аннотация
Проведена оценка информативности современного ультразвукового исследования при определении стадии хро-нических диффузных заболеваний печени. 175 больным проведено комплексное обследование с помощью различныхметодов, включая ультразвуковое исследование органов брюшной полости и пункционную биопсию печени. На осно-вании исследования получены ультразвуковые критерии, определяющие необходимость проведения пункционной био-псии печени.Ключевые слова: хронические диффузные заболевания печени, пункционная биопсия, ультразвуковые признаки.Information value of modern ultrasound examination for determining the stage of liver chronic diffuse pathologies has beenstudied. 175 patients had complex examination with various techniques including ultrasound examination of their organs in theabdominal cavity and puncture liver biopsy.
