Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются вопросы диагностики и коррекции пищевого статуса у больных с дыхательной недостаточностью. Подчеркивается, что пандемия новой коронавирусной инфекции ассоциирована с большой частотой развития тяжелой внебольничной пневмонии и острого респираторного синдрома, требующих проведения респираторной поддержки. При этом нутритивная поддержка должна быть дифференцированной и учитывать выраженность дыхательной недостаточности и вид респираторной терапии. Важной является преемственность в оказании помощи больным после их выписки из отделения реанимации и интенсивной терапии в отделения общего профиля.
