Аннотация

В обзоре обсуждаются определение перипартальной кардиомиопатии (ПКМП), распространенность заболевания в разных странах и регионах, современные патогенетические механизмы ПКМП. Описываются независимые предикторы неблагоприятного исхода ПКМП, роль артериальной гипертензии / преэклампии в развитии заболевания, генетические аспекты и биомаркеры ПКМП. Также выделяются факторы риска, полученные в последних регистровых и перспективных исследованиях ПКМП.
