Аннотация

Реализация проекта «Геном человека» и последовавшее появление недорогих и достаточно быстрых методик полноге- номных исследований сделали возможным получение важной клинической информации у значительного числа кардиологи- ческих больных. Сегодня эти методики применяются для выявления больных с семейной гиперлипидемией, при обследовании больных с различными формами кардиомиопатий, для уточнения диагноза при легочной артериальной гипертензии и врож- денных заболеваниях аорты. Генетическое обследование спортсменов позволяет выявить лиц, имеющих повышенный риск внезапной смерти. В некоторых случаях каналопатий точный диагноз может быть поставлен только при выявлении специфи- ческой для данного заболевания мутации. Генетические методы обследования также могут использоваться при планирова- нии семьи. Таким образом, требуется скорейшее внедрение в рутинную практику этих перспективных методов диагностики сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний.
